2. It is the *ORIGINAL* "Manual of Justice" typed by L Ron Hubbard in 1959 which outlines how to deal with "wogs", people Scientology classifies as enemies and how to deal with suppressive media/governments

3. Anyone interested in Scientology

4. Dan Garvin and Frank Oliver can probably verify this, but the manual they have is newer than this 1959 edition

5. To provide insight into Scientology's Office of Special Affairs ahead of the worldwide demonstrations by "ANONYMOUS" against the Office of Special Affairs on July 12th 2008.
