Description (as provided by the original submitter)

1. No, never publicly released before.

2. This documents what programmers need to know to port Linux and develop software for chips based on Lexra CPU designs.

3. The audience is programmers throughout the world writing software for Lexra based chips.

4. Jonah Probell maintains a web page of information about Lexra. http://jonahprobell.com/lexra

5. After MIPS Technologies took control of all of Lexra's intellectual property they buried this documentation, presumably to frustrate programmers of Lexra based chips so as to encourage them to demand chip makers to use MIPS Technologies' processors instead in future chips.

6. There is no urgent event.
